Get ready for winter and the holiday season by learning to crochet your own hat at the Chenango Arts Council with Instructor Shannon Klatt. Classes are Thursday, November 7, 17, and 21 at 4 pm. $30 covers all three seasons and supplies. Register by November 4, 2019. Subject to change.
