Attend our Solar Art Workshop, in collaboration with the Pittsburgh non-profit Land Art Generator Initiative (LAGI). Join our placemaking initiative to create vibrant public spaces by installing solar art that generates electricity via photovoltaics, enhancing Greater Binghamton's spirit regarding what we can achieve both technically and creatively. Our Solarize campaign launch press conference will take place before from 10-11. Light refreshments will be offered. We need your help to do this! We are seeking input from community members regarding potential installation sites, functionality of the installation, as well as creative ideas for what the public art installation should be.
